Looking for FREE toilet paper? If you were lucky enough to receive the regional $1 Scott TP coupon in the 06/19 SS you can use it to get FREE toilet paper at CVS. It is on sale 5/$5 (or $1 each, you do not have to buy 5 rolls to get the sale price). I personally was not that impressed with Scott TP, but for FREE I might be willing to give it another try!
